Located in the heart of Osaka, in the Kita-ku Ofukacho area, “Time Out Market Osaka” is a food and culture market occupying over 3,000 square meters on the first basement floor of the South Building of “Grand Green Osaka,” which opened in March 2025. Here, 17 restaurants representing the Kansai region and 2 bars gather in a vast space with about 800 seats, offering a fusion of diverse food cultures and the arts.

Additionally, the renowned Kyoto Gion restaurant “Gion Tokuya” has opened its first Osaka location, serving its famous warabi mochi.

At the two “Time Out Bars,” guests can enjoy a wide range of drinks, including domestic beer, wine by the glass, carefully selected sake mainly from the Kinki region, and Japanese whisky. Original cocktails themed on Osaka, such as the “Grand Green Mojito” and “Naniwa Stream,” are also offered, delighting the palates of visitors.

Inside the venue, a large mural artwork by Osaka-based artist Shun Nakao is on display, creating a space filled with the unique energy of Osaka. Furthermore, performances by musicians and DJs are held on stage, making it a place where visitors can experience the fusion of food and culture.
